Structure of the Exam
You will be studying a course which lasts for the whole of Years 10 and 11 and will be examined in the following way:
Two written papers
- Paper 1: 1¾ hours, worth 37.5%
- Paper 2: 1¾ hours, worth 37.5%
Coursework
Two assignments (one on the Vietnam War and one on the campaign for female suffrage in Britain) to be started and completed in the Autumn term of Year 11. Worth a total of 25%. Coursework assignment examples.
