departure and arrival, cost, travel conditions, problems etc.

- Revise relevant grammar from previous units.
- Adverbs of time and place (aujourd’hui, demain, ici, là-bas)
- Common adverbial phrases.

- Reserve a table, order a meal and pay for it.
- Make a complaint in a restaurant.
- Exchange information and opinions about holiday activities and interests.
- Discuss tourist attractions and entertainment.
Grammar
- Use of perfect and imperfect tenses to describe a holiday (je, il, elle,
on, nous forms of the verb.
Higher Level
- Thorough revision of all tenses – present, perfect, imperfect, pluperfect,
future, conditional.

- Discuss common ailments and treatment.
- Exchange information about location and details of a accident, calling
the emergency services.
