• Practice past papers in timed conditions – boring but ESSENTIAL
• Read and re-read the poems/novel and keep making notes
• Read lots of adverts and newspaper articles – think about – or even write your own questions on:
• Presentation
• Language
• How an argument has been constructed
• How facts and opinions are used
