To apply for a place at our Sixth Form you will need to complete an Application Form which can be downloaded below:

Sixth Form Application for 2019

The completed Sixth Form Application form should be handed in any time between the start of September and the end of January of Year 11. Applications will be acknowledged and you will later be invited to attend a meeting with the Head of Sixth Form.

If Trinity is the right Sixth Form for you, the offer of a place will be made to you in writing.

You must then confirm that you accept the offer.
